After some careful resume reveiw from Dr. Sockman, I decided to put my resume to the test and apply for a position through Northampton's Community Education Department. The position is for a summer camp coordinator position. Within a week of submitting my resume, I was called for an interview. The interview went well. However, I was a little nervous and forgot to take a copy of my resume with me- what a rookie mistake! But I was able to recall all of the information and reference information that I needed to fill out the offical application. I won't make that mistake again. I should know if I have the positon within the next two weeks. It would be a great stepping stone to the community college and very beneficial to me because I would enroll my two youngest children into the camp. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
